About Us
Helping our community fall in love with real food, healthy living and plant-based cooking one meal at a time.
Who We Are
A community cookery and wellness initiative based in Lancashire. We believe everyone deserves access to good food, practical skills, and simple tools to support a healthy lifestyle—regardless of income, ability, or background.

We run free and low-cost plant-based cooking classes, food workshops, and informal health education sessions that help people build confidence in the kitchen, make the most of what they have, and take small steps toward better wellbeing.
Our sessions are relaxed, inclusive, and hands-on, supporting individuals who may be facing food insecurity, social isolation, or health challenges.

Whether you’re learning how to cook for the first time, curious about a plant-based diet, or simply looking to eat more healthfully on a budget, we’re here to support you—one healthy meal at a time.

Meet the Founder
Back to Eden’s Kitchen was founded by Alina Belousova, a plant-based chef and healthy living educator with over 8 years of experience in catering, community health programmes, and ethical food ventures. Her past work includes running a vegan dessert business and an organic veg box scheme.

Alina started this initiative after seeing first-hand how many people lacked the skills, support, or confidence to cook healthy meals at home. Her mission is to create welcoming spaces where people can reconnect to real food and learn to live in tune with their bodies.
